Return Policy

You can return items for any reason within 90 days of placing your order.

Please contact our customer service to request a return within this period. Do not return items before contacting us, otherwise your return may be lost. We accept both refund requests and exchanges (size/color).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it.

Several types of goods are exempt from returns: intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. However, we sometimes offer free size exchanges. Contact us if the product you ordered does not fit, so we can see what we can do. Exchanges of variants/colours/products must be done by the customer themselves by returning and reordering.

Cancellations

Cancellations cannot be done because our warehouse is fully automated and we buy shipping labels and send products out almost 12 hours after ordering. The order is already in transit and the customer has to wait for the package to arrive and then return it to us once the package has arrived at their address. We are here to help.

However, sometimes we can change address details, sizes or variants at the last minute. If the customer notices something is wrong, they should contact us as soon as possible.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can assess and resolve the issue.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain amount of business days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
